  • Where is the store based?

  • Where do you ship your stuff from?

    Indonesia, Sidoarjo to be exact!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Since I'm shipping my stuff from Indonesia, it'll take normally 3-5 weeks, can take up to 2-3 months depends on the post office and the destination as well.

    Please be mindful when purchasing, and also check on your purchased goods often from the tracking site!

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    I do!
    but due to the current pandemic, the available country might be a bit limited.

  • Why is it taking so long for my stuff to arrive?

    Usually, it's either because the post office is incredibly crowded due to holiday rush, or the items stuck in the post office due to some problem or because of custom.

    Do note for a pre order items, that means all of items/order will be processed once pre order is done, and thus it'll took longer than a ready stock item to deliver. Especially for keychain, since it took the longest for production. I usually leave a note on each items about how long it will take for it to be produced, so I ask you to check beforehand!

    It goes like this; if a pre order took 2 weeks, that means I'll have to wait for 2 weeks until I process all orders, and orders said things from the company. It'll took around 3.5 weeks in total of processing orders until shipping it out!

  • What to do if I happen to input the wrong address?

    If the items has been sent already and you realized you input the wrong address, I apologize beforehand but there is nothing I can do about it, except to wait for the items to be returned back to me.

    I'll ask you to cover for the shipping fee for this, in order to re-ship the stuff.

    If I haven't send the stuff, then I will gladly change your address for you! kindly contact me at [email protected] with your order number and name, and the new address, so I can change it for you.

    If the items got returned back to me, then I will contact you beforehand to confirm your current address to check what went wrong, and re-ship the stuff to you. I might charge an additional shipping fee depending on the situation! thank you for understanding.

  • 'Will you restock xxxx items?'

    It depends on the item, but you can always request for items to be restocked, and I will restock it specially for you!

    Although when it's busy, I can't always process your request. However, If the demand is high, I will consider to restock for everyone.

  • What should I do if my package got sent back to your place?

    This depends on the cause of the returned package.
    If the package got returned due to buyer's mistake (i.e: mistake in address, fail to claim the package in given time, is not present at home when the package arrive), then I would have to collect shipping money from the buyer in order to re-send back the package.

    In order to avoid this, please always check on your package status from the given tracking number.

    International shipping can cost quite a lot, so I would apologize for this policy beforehand, and thank you for understanding!

  • The shipping to Canada and Australia couldn't be tracked once it's out from Indonesia, why is that?

    Both Canada and Australia has similar policy for international package (the normal airmail with tracking one). They wouldn't scan the tracking number when the package reach said country.

    Because of this policy, the risk of missing package is not in my control, so please understand that if a package went missing, you couldn't claim for a refund nor asking me to ship back the items.

    Australia normally has no issues in delivering package, but Canada is quite notorious back then for delivering package very late/missing packages.

    The working condition seems to have improved, so now I'll be using the normal airmail again instead of EMS.
    However, if you wish to use EMS, please contact me right away at my email, and I will arrange an invoice separately for you.
